At Bernstein Polska, we want you to be fully satisfied with your home interior purchases. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return any item that does not meet your expectations, provided it is in its original condition.

Return Process

  Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and the list of items you wish to return to receive a return authorization.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the products in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly manuals are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Dispatch the Shipment

  Send the package to our central warehouse using a tracked courier service; please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned goods for quality, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
