Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, Bernstein Polska ships to various European countries. Please contact our customer service team for a custom shipping quote and estimated delivery timeline for orders outside of Poland.
What is your return policy for home decor and furniture?
You can return any unused item in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt. Please note that custom-made or personalized furniture pieces are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged.
